The company brain for your team and every AI agent
Now AI understands your business the way you do.
The answer already exists inside your company. AI just can’t see it.
It’s buried in an old Slack thread, a line in QuickBooks, or a document no one linked. Gyld makes that information available to your AI the moment it needs it.
Start your free trial“Why did we go with Everpure over Kestrel?”
I don’t have anything on Everpure or Kestrel. If you paste the evaluation doc and the thread where it was decided, I can summarize the trade-offs for you.
“Why did we go with Everpure over Kestrel?”
Price came within 4%, so it turned on support: Kestrel wouldn’t commit to the four-hour SLA. Dana made the call in the March 12 review. The EU data-residency risk you raised there is still open.
Every answer shows its source
The thread, record or file it came from, attached to the claim. You can check it without leaving the answer.
You stop pasting context into prompts
No dumping the thread, the doc and the CSV export into the chat before you can ask anything. The AI goes and gets what it needs.
The AI understands decisions and commitments, not just files
Who agreed to what, what got promised and when. Pulled out of email and chat, where those things actually get settled.
Connect once and every AI tool can use the same information
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex read the same brain through one link. Nothing to fine-tune, no retrieval pipeline of your own to maintain, and it stays current as new mail, deals and invoices land.
Useful for any kind of work.
Ask in plain language. Every answer comes from your company’s own data and shows where it came from.
Start your free trial“What did we quote Acme, and what terms did they push back on?”
Pulled from the real thread — 12% above 5,000 units, net-45, locked through Q1.

“Which invoices are overdue, and who owes us the most?”
Answered live from QuickBooks, Stripe, or your own database — read-only.
“Has anyone else hit this error before?”
Finds the past thread, who fixed it, and what they said — with the source cited.

“What did we promise this week, and what slipped?”
Commitments and follow-ups mined from mail and chat, owner by owner.
“Why did we pick this vendor over the other one?”
The decision, the doc it lives in, and the trade-offs discussed at the time.
“Summarize everything we know about this customer.”
One profile assembled from email, files, CRM records, and meetings.
Everything your company knows, available to any AI agent.
Kept up to date as the work happens, with the same permissions as the original source.

Your AI can work ahead of you
It reviews what came in overnight and surfaces only what needs attention: replies you owe, commitments coming due, money that looks off. Each one arrives with a draft ready.
Talk to your databases in plain English
Ask questions against Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB, and more. Read-only, schema-aware, and safe by construction.

Gets smarter over time
The brain keeps what matters, fades what doesn’t, and sharpens from every question your team asks.
Follow-ups close themselves
Reply from your own inbox and the task completes itself. Dismiss something and it stays gone, until real new data brings it back.
The work finds you.
Gyld reviews new information overnight and brings back only what needs a person, with the evidence and a draft reply ready.
Start your free trialA customer asked for a revised order form four days ago and hasn’t heard back.
Halverson, two follow-ups since, nothing back from our side.

You promised to confirm the four-hour SLA by Friday and nothing was sent.
Told to Everpure in the March 12 review.
An invoice is twelve days overdue, $4,200, and the contact has changed.
Invoice 2214. Their last two payments slipped as well.
Not a chatbot you brief every time. A chief of staff reads the question, hands it to the department that owns it, and that specialist answers out of your own email, deals, files and books — then takes the next step, inside limits you can see.

It uses real websites. Checking availability, pulling a figure out of a portal, working a booking flow. It signs in with logins you save in your vault, on that site only, never shown to the model. Anything that changes something waits for you.
Email lands in your drafts. It reads the thread and writes the reply in your own voice, learned from your sent mail. You read it and send it. Gyld sends nothing.
Reports you can open. Ask for a breakdown and you get a real page with the figures already in it, out of your brain and your databases, saved with a link to share.
Standing work runs without you. “Every Friday, tell me which invoices slipped.” It runs on the cadence you set, and the answer is waiting with its sources attached.
Text them like you would a colleague.
Verify your number and your agents get one back. Ask from the car and the answer comes with its sources, because it is the same brain, the same specialists and the same approvals as the web app. Only verified numbers reach it.
did we ever send Halverson the revised order form?
No. You said you would on the 12th and nothing has gone out since. Want me to draft it?

What Gyld is, in plain terms.
Open a question to see the answer.
What does Gyld actually do?
It connects the tools your company already uses (email, chat, documents, CRM, databases) and makes that information available to AI tools like Claude. Ask what you promised Acme and the answer comes back from the real thread, with the source attached.
What is a company brain?
A company brain is a single place that holds what your business knows: conversations, files, records, decisions and commitments, so any AI tool can use it. You choose what goes into it.
What is a business context layer for AI?
A business context layer sits between your company systems and your AI tools. It keeps your data current and permissioned, and exposes it over the Model Context Protocol so any agent can read it.
Which apps can I connect?
Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, GitHub and around thirty more, plus your own databases. You choose which accounts, folders and tables get included.
Which AI tools work with it?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, and any other tool that supports the standard way of connecting external knowledge (the Model Context Protocol). One link, added once, and they all read the same brain.
Can the agents do things, or only answer questions?
Both. They draft email into your own Drafts folder, build dashboards you can open, work through real websites signed in with logins you save, and run standing jobs on a schedule. Nothing is sent and nothing is changed in a connected app without you approving it first.
Can I text my agents?
Yes. Verify your phone number and you get a number to text, so you can ask from anywhere and get an answer with its sources attached. It is the same brain and the same approvals as the web app, and only verified numbers reach it.
Who can see what?
Permissions match the original source, so a private channel or a restricted folder stays private to the people who already had it. Anything Gyld cannot confirm your access to is not returned.
Do you train on our data?
No. Your data is never sold and never used to train AI models. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and each company is isolated on every query.
Can we build this ourselves?
You can, but most teams find the connections, the freshness and the permissions expensive to maintain. Gyld owns that part permanently, so your team wires AI tools to the brain instead of maintaining ETL forever.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few minutes to connect your first apps, and indexing starts immediately. Nothing needs to be moved or migrated: Gyld reads through OAuth with the minimum access for what you chose to include.
Something we didn’t cover? Ask it on the demo.
It takes minutes to set up.
Connect Gmail or Slack, watch the brain fill in, then ask what you promised Acme. The answer comes back with the thread attached.
